why did we get Cuadrado but loan him to Juventus =S
and the loss to Liverpool back in October , seriously JM using 4-2-3-1 which was mastered & perfected by Klopp back at Dortmund - tragedy waiting to happen, add that to referee's terrible time-keeping..
Where Chelsea is at, is where Dortmund is last season. Hopefully Blues can climb out faster, else CL spot is a long-shot.

QUOTE(yokoloco @ Nov 11 2015, 03:41 PM) Not suited for EPL, too easily bullied. Also want first team time so loan him to Juventus. Got Pedro instead. so technically, at JM's worst slum, also just as bad Klopp's worst.
At the same amount of games played, results are same amount of Wins, Draws and Losses JM needs to change it up, like what the current Dortmund manager has done, played with more than 2 formation to cater different opposing teams This post has been edited by GravityFi3ld: Nov 11 2015, 04:04 PM

We should look at the BPL as a whole, and see where other teams of similar caliber (think "big4") are standing.
As of today, only Arsenal & ManCity are the known "title contenders of old" - Leicester & Spurs have the least loses only 2 lose each and sitting at 2nd & 4th respectively. And sitting in 5th is surprise - Crystal Palace.
No Liverpool. No ManUtd. And sure a F**k, No Chelsea.
If anyone can see a pattern, it's Arsenal & City sticking by their managers.
Kop sacked BR after a poor run of games, brought in Klopp and by God, I thought Liverpool would be gegenpressing their way to the summit of the BPL table - but no.
Old Trafford faithful may not have fancied Moyes, but given time - he would have stabilized the squad for a long tenure ahead, bringing in LVG to up their chances at the title instead - how's that working out so far?
As a personal fan of Jose, I accept that it is fact that he pushes and presses the players, squeeze every last drop of what they have to WIN. And it works, always works. But why then were we flirting with relegation no too long ago? PLAYERS. For some, they have won it all - like ALL. BPL, FA cup, UCL, heck..even Europa League. These players who have won those major titles, this season they lack the ambition - "what's there to win anymore? I've won all that there is" mentality. *points to Iva* That, added with injury to Courtois early on in the season without a reliable back-up GK led us to bleed goals - big big big error by us for letting Cech go, but hey, who would've knew Courtois would be taking an arrow to the knee, right? Glad he's back tho.

QUOTE(fu'house @ Dec 30 2015, 04:13 PM) Gegenpress isn't a miracle drug. It's just a wonderful manager managing his teams well (Dortmund, Mainz). If our blue follow gegenpress, might as well we sing YNWA tune.Dortmund were playing 4-2-3-1 under Klopp way before we did under JM..so are we suppose to wear yellow instead of BLUE? wish we didn't let Lampard leave, miss his impact on our midfield especially when we're on the attack

QUOTE(Ichighost @ Dec 30 2015, 04:43 PM) Lol, gegenpress is a known method even before Klopp..but most managers refuse to use because it have a very high commitment of play..and you cant do it for the whole 90min..unless you were brought up or played with it for years..it almost impossible to do it..there are different ways of approaching the game..you can press high and quick but you will sacrifice the shape..or you can drop deep maintain the shape and creating a double barrier 2 lines of defense..it actually is up to the manager and players capabilities on how to deal with it..no clear good way of playing... that is why for me.. you can play any formation, any style of play..the most important thing is efficiency..execute it to a near perfect, avoid mistakes..even if you play a simple football..

QUOTE(yokoloco @ Jan 16 2016, 09:18 AM) Juventus souring in Juan Cuadrado - report Out of 21 appearances made for Juventus, Cuadrado has only started 12 matches, most of them coming in the first couple months of the season. He's made just four starts since November. When things were going well, the rumoured figures for what was always assumed to become a permanent move to Juventus were around €22 million. Now, Calcio Mercato reports that Juve would be willing to pay at most €15 million for Cuadrado, maybe even less, and that's only if they still see him as being a useful part of their squad for next season. Now, it seems not unlikely that Chelsea will end up having to book a substantial loss on the 27-year-old winger if and when we do manage to move him. http://weaintgotnohistory.sbnation.com/201...r-rumour-reportwhy did we even get juan in the first place
