In the end, better to not lose. Either side losing is bad for their respective side, Man Utd seem to up their game compared to them vs Stoke. Disagree on bad Willian, he ran back a lot today. Some dangerous moments in game, some wtf moments but lucky not to lose it. Was worried when some close balls (twice) come knocking on the post or if penalty given over Willian's touch inside the box.

No Liverpool. No ManUtd. And sure a F**k, No Chelsea.

If anyone can see a pattern, it's Arsenal & City sticking by their managers.

Kop sacked BR after a poor run of games, brought in Klopp and by God, I thought Liverpool would be gegenpressing their way to the summit of the BPL table - but no.

That, added with injury to Courtois early on in the season without a reliable back-up GK led us to bleed goals - big big big error by us for letting Cech go, but hey, who would've knew Courtois would be taking an arrow to the knee, right? Glad he's back tho.
*
Gegenpress isn't a miracle drug. It's just a wonderful manager managing his teams well (Dortmund, Mainz).
If our blue follow gegenpress, might as well we sing YNWA tune.

Leicester vs Man City game just proved my point. They are not ready yet to lift the league title. Yeah, Arsenal and Man City may have their ups and downs, but that's normal. At the end of the day, they both are the ones who have quality players altogether in a team, unlike Leicester, who rely on Vardy and Mahrez only
*
Like why are you in league with the Gunners? What is wrong with Leicester when Claudio Ranieri was with us before and played a part in bringing in Drogba/Cech?

I want to see Gunners lose a few more matches, like Cech giving away goals. I don't even want to make a comment in Arsenal Street Talk. Any other team other than them.

From MUST:

Should see the rest of his interviews. Quite funny. Like a war veteran returning from Spain.
Sounds like beating Barcelona is his highest point of his career.

But i don't want laugh too much, later end up he manage Chelsea...
*
I was thinking the same thing when I see both video.
He might do better than LvG to either manage Man Utd or Chelsea whistling.gif

Still we should have faith with Guus, we might become laughing stock for accepting DM, just like Falcao. Thrown from the red to blue.

Lol, gegenpress is a known method even before Klopp..but most managers refuse to use because it have a very high commitment of play..and you cant do it for the whole 90min..unless you were brought up or played with it for years..it almost impossible to do it..there are different ways of approaching the game..you can press high and quick but you will sacrifice the shape..or you can drop deep maintain the shape and creating a double barrier 2 lines of defense..it actually is up to the manager and players capabilities on how to deal with it..no clear good way of playing...

that is why for me..you can play any formation, any style of play..the most important thing is efficiency..execute it to a near perfect, avoid mistakes..even if you play a simple football..
*
I think our team wouldn't run even if Klopp is the manager here. Booted out with intentional defeats then next manager. Maybe I miss those time when the blues do the "gegen" part well. So far seen the Kops been running a lot, well worth if they win and wasted runs if it ends with defeat/draw.

Happy 2016, hope coming match is a win against a speedy team that disappointed us before. Giving trust to Guus and team.

Costa plays differently under Mou and Hiddink
Mou wanted him to play wide
Hiddink pula wants him to be target man, stay in penalty box

so Costa can save stamina
and he scores and assists
*
Better that way, thankful to have Costa be a danger within the box than having a Benteke.

Bye bye relegation battle? Our team is quite capable but I wonder why Mou is "shoved off" by them. Mou's attitude? Mou's persistence? Or his tactics and some players just don't want to follow him any more.

Anyway, so far so good, Crystal Palace isn't a bogeyman any more.

Bye if Hazard is leaving to Spain. Need more solid news on transfers instead of rumours, reserving comments until we see new people in the team/other team.

W/o striker, we're waiting for miracle to happen.

Possible break of undefeated streak for our Guus?

Haha he's gonna get sacked and stripped of his account.

If Pellegrini comes, should be okay. Attacking attractive football is better than LvG anytime. Sad Guus going to be gone again, he's great for now. Can see LvG will be joining his protégé soon enough. Still in the rumour mill, who's next after Guus..

Not related to anything but it's neck to neck race for Uncle Wenger team and Uncle Carlo kings for the top spot. Best team wins?

Wake me up when we're near Liverpool or Man Utd's standing in epl.

Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid given FIFA transfer ban over youth players

http://www.espnfcasia.com/spanish-primera-...fa-transfer-ban

brace yourself, they might be coming for Hazard.. or maybe Pogba.
*
Take them with highest price tag. Hope for better replacements. Don't take Kenedy, Willian, Diego, Mikel and RLC can already. Have hope on the youths.

Chelsea & #WBA charged with failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion #cfc

Can see shoving around happened, so whistling.gif

Feels like schoolboy match when the pushing started or to put it in Guus words, "high intensity play" and flare out happens.

So, what is the punishment waiting for us and WBA.
