QUOTE(wello @ Jan 3 2016, 10:27 PM)
Hi, Just get my SE manual on 31 Dec late evening. So just fully enjoy the ride for about 1 and half day la because 31 dec, 2nd and 3rd working long shift.

the problem that im facing now is, 1 full day drive without 4 in 1 installed, when pick up specially on first and second gear no problem at all, but when installed 4 in 1 yesterday afternoon, i notice that whenever on 1st and second gear, (slow mode) suddenly the "gear" become free gear where nothing happen even the gas pedal is press to the max and the engine also not responsive (like not even reving, really no sound at all). Please note that the 1st or 2nd gear still in position.

There is a warning for SE Manual to install 4 in 1, is this the cause?

and is there any solution?

If no solutions, maybe try my luck to return and refund it.

Btw, SE Manual Ivory White. Others than this, fully enjoy it!!

The issue is the accelerator may stop functioning from time to time, which is kinda dangerous.

As I know there are few brands of this 2in1/4in1 module in the market, not sure whether they are using the same chipset / board.
Perhaps members here with this module installed can try check and see if have such issue.

I installed the one with AutoLab brand, Axia G AT, so far no such problem.

which socket gap that causes water to leak in?

they should perform a reading on your car's system.

check the receipt they gave you, did they say any error code or what did they write on the receipt.

no, they suggest that se manual not to pasang 4in1 because they cant solve the problem.

so, for safety issues better go the shop and claim for refund asap.

almost sneeze myself when i see the air con filter! lol.. biggrin.gif

do you service at perodua everytime?

may i know your aircon usage? do you use air con each and everytime you drive? there are a few complain about compressor wear out issue. and i notice they seems to be from the earlier batches of axia around sep 2014 to Mar 2015..

yeah, confirm the culprit is the 4 in 1 thingy. after uninstalled it car accelerations became normal. The boss say will try change to 2 in 1.
Actually, 2 in 1 inclusive of what?

Friendly reminder to SE Manual out there, do not install 4 in 1.

i'm driving manual for the past 4 months was around 17.6km/l..

it depends on a few factor.

-driving behavior
-air con usage
-tyre pressure
-fuel used
-passengers
-traffic

my driving behaviour
-250kpa
-caltex ron95
-always make sure its eco light is on
-rpm 2-3 shift gear
-90km/h and below
-past few months highway is a bit clear due to many ppl on leave.
-30% with aircon

i had 2 other friends i monitored closely going less than 14km/l, 1 SE auto and 1 G auto. both are quite heavy footer.

I am heavy footer too alot stop and go driving , short distant , I can hit between 13.4km to 16.8 km , no problem I think main secret is drive on highway stay the speed in 100kmh with highest gear then can get good fc haha
