Many vacant? Not sure coz I have no actual figure... But my friend's unit just rented out during renovation, 1 visit and rented 1.6K 1000 sq... A friend of mine keeping unit and now only want to sell... Flipper gua, he don't want rental.. We also keep receiving sms asking for rent... I believe some is for sale.. since the access to bukit jalil open, sms asking for rent and sale also increased a lot. smile.gif

I think you better go visit as 3 of them have pro and con of their own... Nothing is perfect... Just wait for while and you have another choice which is Casa Green when they Vp this year.
