Create a new subforum just to meet experts in various fields? I really don't find it necessary. You can however start a thread, and state your queries.
On another note, if you really need an answer from an expert, you should head over to your university. |

QUOTE(103 @ Dec 1 2006, 11:18 PM) well, is fine. ur disagree is acceptable. I don't think there's a big enough group of those people to warrant creating an entirely new subforum at the moment. Like darkages mentioned, just start a thread in one of our current forums/subs and if it's a big demand, we'll PIN it. Further to that, the admins may decide to create a subforum if the demand grows.actually, i also would like particular ppls whose fascinate this field to share their scientific concept and philosophical. We're mostly tech enthusiasts here and we get the occasional science professional who provides us with some insights. Our goal here is to provide a forum for the non-professionals. I'm sure there is a forum where the uber-pro meet. Thanks for the suggestion. |

As altie said, LYN is a community forum. And regarding the new subforum, it is created based on major demand, but not just to cater for enthusiasm of a few people.
If we really see the need, we'll consider about it. Otherwise, a thread or two would be sufficient |
