Your question is vague. Do not expect answer with quality if you were to ask this way.
Anyway, to increase the volume, you can either use the volume control on your speaker or in your OS volume mixer. If you're talking about increasing the amplitude of the audio file, start with audio editor like Audacity |

What i meant is to increase the volume(amplitude?) of a particular song file. I dunno how to edit it with Audacity.Need some guiding.
