Hi Maxis helper,

My wireless modem suddenly turn itself off. i thought my modem has drained it's battery so i plug in the battery charger but the my modem didn't turn back on. usually, when i plug in the power charger, the green light (battery figurin) is blinking. but this time it didn't. i can't turn it back on as well. i guess my modem is broken. i've been use the modem for excatly 1 year and 4 months as of today's date (i starting use the modem on 31/6/2014). can i replace my modem with the new one or else the current modem still can be repaired? how much is the repairing cost? i'm looking forward for your answer.

Thank you.

Hi Maxis Helper,

earlier this afternoon my dad already brought my broken modem for the second time to the nearest Maxis centre in intention to repair it. also, for the second time they told my dad that my modem can't be repaired as they do not have any spare part to fix it. upon hearing the helpless answer from the them, my dad decided to buy a new modem to replace the broken one. but they didn't answer my dad. i really need the modem in order for me to continue to use the service. my modem has been broken since OCT 31. my option right now is to buy a new modem to replace the old one. i hope you guys can help this problem ASAP. my daily life really depending on internet for me to do my works. please help me.
