 Internet Passes Auto Renewal

Hi hotlink, i have just subscribed to 7 days 150MB + 150MB internet passes. Does it come with auto renewal. I tried to cancel the auto renewal but received an error prompt.

Hi seong_thean,

Only weekly and monthly mobile internet pass is auto renew, while daily mobile internet pass will expires on its maturity date and time.

For cancelling the auto renewal option, you may dial *100# > Internet Passes > Cancel Auto-Renewal.

For more information, you may refer to our website pertaining mobile internet passes.

Hi,

I purchased a weekly pass (7 days 150MB + 150MB RM6), and i believe it's auto renewable. However i have tried the option u mentioned and got the error prompt as quoted in n my message earlier. Your reply unfortunately didn't responding to my question. Please help to look into the error message. Thanks.
