1) Same here, 30mbps can't play certain youtube video. It load incredible slow.
2) Router issue probably

I managed to solve the youtube not loading issue by enabling ipv6. Now everything run smoothly smile.gif

I'm using default TM router, DIR-615, just visit the admin dashboard > ipv6 > enable ipv6 > copy ipv4 setting > done
