about a month ago, dad accepted streamyx upgrade to 4mbps just add RM5 to current bill. However, im thinking of upgrading to unifi package. Do i need to cancel my existing package (as they said if cancel, need to pay RM300) or can just upgrade?

Planning on getting the 30Mb package, however, i noticed that the upload speed is capped at 5Mb? Is the old packages no longer available the VIP packages? Or any other plan with good upload speed? preferably 10Mb or more?
