Calling all users who registered Unifi 30MB before the official announcement:
When we registered for Unifi 30MB the price was RM199/mth. During official announcement the price was dropped to RM179/mth. All the T&C of both packages are the same. Initially I thought TM would automatically change my price to RM179/mth but TM didn't.. I went to TM centre yesterday and the staff said it is not possible to reduce to RM179/mth... WTF!!!
Guys, have u complained to TM?? Did u manage to get the new price??

Some even could get the discount directly without any complaints in advance, depends on which TM point. I suggest you to complain to SKMM. Alternatively, you can go to other branches (eg. KL) to get that discount. Wanna check any other heavy downloader facing extreme slow speed problem from after work hours throughout the night until day time
Speedtest to Msia servers will show full speed and even 10mb upload, but downloading from france/germany servers is slow as snail. Only below 150kbps!!!! Speed will resume to normal during day time. Equipment and software used are the same
My 15gb file started download about 8pm yesterday and whole night also can't finish!! Until morning after 7am only i see the speed jump to 3mb/s+ and left more than 10gb to download!!
Any solution?
