Hi guys, have you guys had any router issues, where TM said they have to come over to your house and check?
And they say that if the router is faulty they will change for you but have to choose either these options 1) Pay RM120+ for new one 2) They will replace one for free but I will have to renew contract.
Is this some ploy to force you to renew contract?
