i have good news for existing and new UniFi 30/50 users. but can't reveal it.and it is not pricing related.

Guys, if you're still using DIR-615 after upgraded to Unifi Advance 30Mbps, you won't be able to utilize the full potential as the router is not capable of handling high bandwidth. I changed a new third party router and to my surprise it was stable at max speed (+- less than 1Mbps).

I've complaint to TM before and they insisted their side have no problem, and yeah, after changed the router it proved them right.

Sub 200 router can't max out 50mbps most of the time. But still perfect for 30mbps.
I would recommend tl-wr1043nd around 170

Just upgraded to Unifi 30. Took TM 2 days, they called on weds and activated on Fri. So far so good.

How to reset the login *@unifi which is use to set in router ?

I went to Tmpoint this morning and upgraded my VIP 5 to advance 30. When I came home during lunch time, and restarted everything, my HyppTV already upgraded to Aneka package but the download speed still 5 mbps. How long normally tm will upgraded the line?

got replacement for my stock router. TP-Link Archer C7 AC1750....the cheapest i can find around for ac range, got it for 360ringgit from lazada....unifi compatible and easy setup. dual band really give option for multi devices. But most olders wifi cannot detect 5ghz wifi signal, my iphone 4 only detect 2.4ghz signal, my hypptv also cant....anyone experience it?

i have extra STB from my friend, can i setup 2 stb with one router? anyone try it before? different login for both stb

hmm... today they upgraded my unifi 10mbps package to 30mbps.... but i only get 16mbps speed with 5.6 mbps upload speed (i thought i will only get 30mbps download speed and 5mbps upload speed? why i get more than 5mbps?)

after that i restart my modem and hope it will get me at least 20mbps+ speed.... sadly the speed is getting slower everytime i restart... from 12mbps to 10mbps then 5 mbps and now 0.92 mbps.... so what should i do? the dial 100 still work at night? or they have office hour?
