the best way if they could not settle the problem of not giving the promised speed or problems of surfing youtube, hypptv or gaming,
report to CFM..put those harsh words in the CFM and let CFM, as the middle person, give TM a hell

i lodged a report on twitter to tmconnect and they replied to me this. are they really can extend our contract for BTU and router replacement? both stil under warranty and i just subscribed unifi last month. everyday have disconnecting issues. happened EVERY 30 minutes.

and I subscribed 30mb plan..

by right...they change and the warranty should not be extended..and come on, only 1 month subscribed and the thing kaput? stupid TM

actually if the TM called the unifi subscribers (VIP5 10 and 20) to upgrade to 30 or 50, subscribers, even if want to upgrade, should not immediately jump into that offer. they need to protect their basic consumer rights because TnC must be given in black n white. orally agreed on the phone actually put the subscribers in dilemma should shit happens next time.
one more, i was made to understand that those VIP5 10 and 20 upgraded to 30 or 50 are not given new equipments i.e DECT, STB, BTU and RG. might as well terminate the VIP (if already 24 months) and re apply again because TM didnt give new equipments via upgrade....
