Hi guys ... yesterday i was scheduled to install unifi 30 mbps ..what happend was like this

He come in the house explain everything to me setup , drill etc
setup the 4 equipment btu , rg , phone and hypp tv but he never pull the fiber optic cable in
then he say "sistem ada problem" akan datang balik

I ask when , he say tak berani janji , so i went to twitter to tell them but they are not really helpful attached screenshot
Call 100 also not helpful installation in progress answer

So now what can i do ? So frustrated with tm
