Strange, it's already the 5th and there's still no mail, not even in the Spam folder.

Hmm, I applied last week at TM point. How to check the application status?
*
I entered my address in the Unifi locator page, clicked on my house number and it says it has a pending order.

31/10: Submitted my application at TMpoint

4/11: They keyed in the application.

5/11: Fed up with no updates (e-mail), I used the Unifi locator to check my application status. Lo and behold, it's there! (Status: pending).

9/11: Checked on Locator again, installation date shows up.

14/11: Tentative installation date.

Anyone got their print sharing working on the RG4332/other router? Without using the manufacturer's software, preferably.

If people can't tell the difference between a full-sized sim card and mini sim card, I don't expect them to know this one either.

I can't even get 30Mbps on wireless, using Asus RT-N12HP.

Initially only managed to get 18Mbps at best, but after tweaking by changing the 2.4GHz channel to a less congested one, it improves to 23Mbps at best!

Nothing wrong with TM UniFi in this case, but since I stay in a high-rise and wireless access points from neighbors are transmitting in all directions, there is nothing much I could do to further improve the wireless.

I have resorted to use cable (when it's possible to connect directly) or otherwise using HomePlug. In both cases, 30Mbps can be achieved!
*
Have you tried the 5Ghz band?

I cannot use the second phone jack on the ONU/BTU. Is this intentional by design?

I'm on the Unifi 30 (RM 179) with 600 minute voicepack (RM 20).

My question is: why am I being charged for the calls? I'm on the 600 minutes plan.

fylon, was this your problem?

Advace 30 + Voice Pack 20 here, total is 199. Are my calls charged because it's not 19/11 yet when I made them?

QUOTE(Fantasia @ Nov 28 2015, 08:51 PM)
guys, i have experiencing issue when i try to surf some website. it couldnt open those websites when i am using microsoft windows but i can access to the website when i use my linux os in the same computer or my phone which also connected to the same wifi. apparently this is not happening to my pc only, same thing happen to my sister laptop. it didnt bothering much previously until today i am fuming when i am trying to order pizza from domino's online from my sister computer which doesnt have alternative OS other than windows.
previously it was only www.theverge.com and now out of sudden, www.dominos.com.my also affected. in fact, my connection domino's website interrupted half way when i am ordering and couldnt access to it anymore. i checked my router setting and my firewall settings from my windows and couldnt find anything odd. and it only happened when we use windows OS and our OS is genuine.

note: i did overcome this issue in windows using those free proxy connection but since they r free, they r slow and some time i couldnt display the website properly. well, it's free so i have no right to complain.

Called TM. They say I've used up my voice quota for 16/11 - 19/11, so that's why I'm charged for the calls. What da fish?
