We can escalate your issue to our team. Before we lodge report for this matter, if the site visit reveals that your equipment set needs to be replaced, you can either choose to:
Option 1: Replace the faulty equipment for free, and your contract period will be extended starting from the date of the equipment replacement.
Or
Option 2: You can purchase a new set of equipment without the service contract period being extended. The equipment warranty period will be refreshed and the total charges will be reflected in your bill.
You may choose Option 1 or Option 2.
i lodged a report on twitter to tmconnect and they replied to me this. are they really can extend our contract for BTU and router replacement? both stil under warranty and i just subscribed unifi last month. everyday have disconnecting issues. happened EVERY 30 minutes.
and I subscribed 30mb plan..
