Mind sharing how you configure your xiaomi router to connect with the modem?
Were you able to use hypptv as well?
Almost forgot I still own this one.
*
Run as Access Point (AP).

Router <-> AP via lan cable.

so the AP will handle the wifi part and router only routing part(in theory will have better performance but if your router is decent enough it doesn't matter much laugh.gif )

So basically it should be setup like this?
I still wanna be able to use the hypptv (at least for the first month)

TM modem -> TM router -> Xiaomi Router/Hypptv
*
yeap. connect your hypptv and xiaomi router to your tm router. don't connect to the wrong port though, I remember that there's a specific port to be used for hypptv and usually for internet too.

I'm thinking of getting one also. I believe the Nano is Wifi-N while the Mini is AC. And Nano is 2.4GHz only right? Can someone confirm that both LAN ports on the Mini is 100mbit and not Gigabit?
*
Not sure about the naming because I'm accustomed with the chinese name, but the AC has gbit ports, while the 802.11n that one has 100mbps only.

http://www.mi.com/miwifimini/param/ - 802.11ac. 1gbit
http://www.mi.com/miwifilite/specs/ - 802.11n, 100mbps

the mi wifi(with NAS capability) are the one with gigabit lan....

basically they have:

mi wifi router and mi wifi router 2(very big due to supports the NAS) [ac, gigabit, dual band for newest one]
mi mini wifi router [ac, 100mbps lan, dual band]
mi nano wifi router [N, 100mbps lan, single band]

Same here since July for me, all the earlier issues like slow Apps Store and Facebook newsfeed slow loading are solved already. At least, they improved. thumbup.gif

I'm contented and now gave me free upgrade to 10Mbps upload speed and free unlimited calls, really syukur. laugh.gif

TM doesn't look like overselling bandwidth to me. At least abnxcess does that  shakehead.gif
*
they do. every ISP does that, your vps and shared hosting's cpu, disk, ram, bandwidth, all are oversold.

Well, I guess only dedicated access is not oversold then  tongue.gif  only if we are rich enough  tongue.gif  tongue.gif
*
unless you're really that rich laugh.gif . Let's say even if you bought a dedicated server off some even from some bigger players, unless you specifically want to have a dedicated 100mbps/gbit, otherwise you will still be sharing bandwidth the whole lot out there(you can use up to 100mbps/1gbit depending on your server specs, but you cannot use it 24/7)

Is it possible for the BTU/ONU to go haywire due to multiple PPPoE? Should I reset the router?
*
I remember that lan 2 is maxis, lan 3 is for p1, so I guess that's the cause for your error. Try and remove the cable on lan 2 and see if it turns back normal?

There is no cable connected to LAN2. Only LAN1 is connected. The LED from LAN1 leaked to LAN2's LED.
*
my fault. anyway, if you didn't change any setting, and the btu is showing that error, then call tm. The problem would be on the physical layer then

Hi everybody. I am moving out to a new location and I want to apply for unifi. When I search for unifi coverage in the respective website I get this warning:

Notification: Order already exists in the system. Click 'Next' if you want to proceed with another order for below address:

What does this mean? Does this mean that the previous tenant before me was using Unifi there?  If this is the case how should I proceed?

Appreciate if anybody could help.
*
I think someone has already applied Unifi, so probably you can ask your landowner if you're staying in hostel or go tmpoint as per said earlier
