i did ask TM 100 when i upgraded my unifi from VIP10 to unifi30mbps

1. yes, u will get 1 year warranty for the devices from ur upgrade date( modem, router, phone, set-up box)
2. the price will be same even after 2-years contract.
3. nope, if ur device is damaged/faulty then only can be replace.

some people here said the adapter changes is because the old 1 is prone to lighting. i already connect to lighting protector since day1.
and im still waiting for them to change mine, already made appointment but they never came

last month when i call to 100 to upgrade from VIP10 to unifi30, they say got extended 1 year warranty for all equipment.

should upgrade within 7 working days. if still not, u can try call 100 again to check for the status.

for those who still on old upload speed 30/5, 50/10, mybe u guys can send tweet to @tmconnects and ask them to increase ur speed.

just now they say already increase mine but i cant check since im at office right now, will confirm it tonite.
