So i have everything setup (BTU & Router only), at one point even able to connect for a few seconds!
but it wont reconnect after that.  sweat.gif

suspect my Vlan switch is incorrect.

[attachmentid=5429010]

I have also set the WAN to connect via eth.500

Anyone with Voice Std 20 can clarify with me if in occ.unifi.my it will still show phone calls charges under unbilled amount?

Last month had an issue even with Voice Std 20 running, they still charge me for phone calls (during 1 day of upgrade practice)

Communicated to Support and they say they will adjust the amount on the next billing date.

However when I check my latest Unbilled Amount, I have around RM80+ on Unbilled Amount under Voice.

Called support and all they can say is wait next month bill, and dispute again if I got charged for voice call. They confirmed my Std20 Asset is already in my account.

Damn sien. Paying RM20 already but still getting charged for every single call I get. And then get autobilled the full amount sleep.gif

I also have the same problem. Already called and they opened a ticket for me, waiting to see what happen.

EDIT: Hmm, looks like my ticket is closed. In the Services Overview page, do you guys have Residential Voice or just Voice?

I made some test calls on the day of the installation and they charged me for it. Apparently it wasn't activated(!) yet.

Is it possible for the BTU/ONU to go haywire due to multiple PPPoE? Should I reset the router?

I remember that lan 2 is maxis, lan 3 is for p1, so I guess that's the cause for your error. Try and remove the cable on lan 2 and see if it turns back normal?
*
There is no cable connected to LAN2. Only LAN1 is connected. The LED from LAN1 leaked to LAN2's LED.

LAN 4 is for IPTV aka Hypptv. Unplug the cable and plug in either port 1-3

He's talking about the ONU/BTU, not the router.

And my problem is still there.

Can someone post their WAN Statistics page from the RG4332 router? I'm seeing two PPPoE connections in mine.

I'm sing fm's stock router and gateway. How do i check snr margin? I logged in to my router page but found nothing.

edit: wtf my mac's auto correct. I'm using tm's* It's RG INNATECH the silver one.
*
You can't, unless you are using the same tools that the TM technician used. If you kept the blue installation sheet, it should show the values.

Here are mine:
Fiber length: 45m
Signal Received at FDP: 15.11 dBm
Signal Received at FTB: 15.21 dBm
Signal Received at FWS: 16.00 dBm
