i mean the 10mbps upload for adv30 and 20mbps upload for adv50. since lembah kelang normally the earliest to get upgrade or wut so ever new thing.

i got info that there will be 80mbps and 100mbps coming. but...there's a but. there will be testing and need to get approved from the goverment. i think mid 2016.

a few of our friend here got free call without need to pay 20 ringgit. but they didnt apply for it.

after I restart my pc. to good to be true....when I test to upload video in youtube only around 12-14mbps. ...atleast I got false hope for a moment....

we should use 100mbps around 2 years ago. i agree with you that 50mbps not enough when ur whole family gather and use the net. congests

the fiber cable usually black with yellow single stripe. I don't know about that cable....u could ask them or u can see from the signage they put...if it stated HSBB2 project...than it is fiber optic coming to your area.

customer service cant do anything....just wait for your turn. they upgrade randomly

me and my brother torrent heavily with adv50, stable, doesn't have any problems since day one. the disadvantage is only the upload we face. couldn't help to upload faster than vip20 that's all.

kuala Terengganu, maybe in early stage of adv package the problem occur. in our thread also got forumers have problems during early adv promotion...but now most of them have no problem at all

yup, RM229 or RM242 including gst. 50mbps with 20mbps is a huge gap for downloads. so u need to rethink about keeping ur 20mbps. but if ur area seriously under unstable connection...I think most of the problem occur maybe because of the router cannot support 50mbps connection.

i think the unstable is not happen all users, yes i saw people complaining about youtube buffering, game pinging time, facebook and apps store. but i also saw people not having problems with new unifi package.

Got my 20mbps upload...huhuhuhu...so skmm no need la, technician came and do their things. Only my mom at home that time. So dont know what are they doing.

thnkssss fruitie ...your advise was very excellent....others that still don't get the 10/20mbps upload call/tweet/email CS to report about this...at Terengganu the unifi technician didn't received any news or letters from TM center about this upgrade matters..yeah the download they said already exceptional...so maybe after the migration of cloud of what so ever and I don't understand what the technician told me on the phone my download speed will be 50mbps+. 47mbps -48mbps is my average speed. never exceeded 49mbps.
