HIS ATI 1600XT (Spoilt)
Western Digital 640GB + Western Digital 250GB
Acbel 450watt PSU
Cooler Master Ammo 533 Casing
DELL 2409 LCD monitor
Cooler Master 2 x 12cm LED fans

Based on the spec here, is it my PSU is a 450watt real power? And what say if i add the HD4850 graphic card in my rig, will it under power? Cos i had the budget for the card just my PSU stop my way.
