You can use a 6 pin -> molex converter for the other 6 pin.

QUOTE(Kr0ll3R @ Oct 23 2010, 08:19 AM) For PSU, mostly these brands are recommended - Sensonic, Silverstone, Xigmatek. Seasonic, and not Sensonic. They are different. Seasonic is of a high quality and excellent power supply manufacturer, while Sensonic does not produce power supplies, if I'm not mistaken.Corsair seems to be a pricey product which performs same like others. Look around and choose the Watts that u need. |

QUOTE(satriakid @ Nov 13 2010, 03:52 PM) Someone here selling his HD4850 at RM 200.00 Well. I believe it wouldn't be a problem for your power supply to handle the HD4850 anyways. Either this or just stay with my old x300se/x330se Nah. If I would pay more, I would have just gone for a HD4670/HD5670 like you said, brand new some more. Get the HD4850, perhaps, then soon get a new power supply and sell your Zalman power supply away |

Yes. Seasonic is one of the top manufacturers for power supplies, and even have some of their power supplies rebadged by Corsair as their own products.

RM299 is for the modular version. If you'd like, found lingloong through the search function and for his offerings of the Seasonic power supplies. I think he's selling the Seasonic S12D 520W at RM239
Avoid the Cooler Master GX series and extreme series. These series aren't very good. |

That power supply is a good one
But, the Western Digital drive is a waste of money. SATA3 ( no SATA6, SATA3's bandwidth is 6.0Gbps Get two Samsung F3 Spinpoint 1TB ( HD103SJ ) hard drives instead |

Well. Yes.
You can opt for the Seasonic M12II 620W for RM359 from lingloong which is modular, and will support two HD6870s with ease This post has been edited by TDUEnthusiast: Dec 1 2010, 06:32 PM |

As for the Vantec Ion2 520W, I believe its true power is around 460W or less |
