You can use a 6 pin -> molex converter for the other 6 pin.

For PSU, mostly these brands are recommended - Sensonic, Silverstone, Xigmatek.
Corsair seems to be a pricey product which performs same like others.

Look around and choose the Watts that u need.

Seasonic, and not Sensonic. They are different. Seasonic is of a high quality and excellent power supply manufacturer, while Sensonic does not produce power supplies, if I'm not mistaken.

Well. There won't be any problems running your system with the Cooler Master Real Power Pro 550W smile.gif. It's a good unit smile.gif. A single GTX460 could run on a 450W PSU ( 450W as its true rating, not peak ).

hmm.gif. The Zalman ZM400A seems to be quite a good power supply, I believe it can run the HD4850. Just don't overclock it or anything as you will be stressing the power supply quite a bit. The recommended power supply rating to run the HD4850 is 450W, but the Zalman unit should do it quite well. If you experience BSOD, system hangs or freezes after you have bought the HD4850, then you may be suffering from insufficient power, thus you will need to change your power supply smile.gif.

I don't know. hmm.gif. Never seen a power supply with LEDs inside before. But maybe they aren't sold here.

Cause I just upgraded my rig's PSU on Feb this year as the old psu died. And budget constrain wise, only option is either, get the card or just live with the current one.

How much is your budget for the card, actually?

Someone here selling his HD4850 at RM 200.00
Either this or just stay with my old x300se/x330se
Nah. If I would pay more, I would have just gone for a HD4670/HD5670 like you said, brand new some more.
*
Well. I believe it wouldn't be a problem for your power supply to handle the HD4850 anyways. smile.gif. Plus, there's a reason why the power supply is under warranty.

Get the HD4850, perhaps, then soon get a new power supply and sell your Zalman power supply away smile.gif. I believe it could fetch quite a high price.

Yes. Seasonic is one of the top manufacturers for power supplies, and even have some of their power supplies rebadged by Corsair as their own products.

RM299 is for the modular version. If you'd like, found lingloong through the search function and for his offerings of the Seasonic power supplies. I think he's selling the Seasonic S12D 520W at RM239 hmm.gif.'

Avoid the Cooler Master GX series and extreme series. These series aren't very good.

going to buy it tomorrow

Well, in my opinion, I'd take the Seasonic unit due to it being 80 Plus certified, as well as it's coming from a top quality company smile.gif. Not to say that FSP is lousy, it's good as well, but Seasonic is better.

That power supply is a good one smile.gif. Go for it.

But, the Western Digital drive is a waste of money. SATA3 ( no SATA6, SATA3's bandwidth is 6.0Gbps laugh.gif ). It costs over RM250.

Get two Samsung F3 Spinpoint 1TB ( HD103SJ ) hard drives instead smile.gif. It's faster and cheaper.

Well. Yes.

You can opt for the Seasonic M12II 620W for RM359 from lingloong which is modular, and will support two HD6870s with ease brows.gif.

hmm.gif. Definitely, the Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 500W isn't very good smile.gif.

As for the Vantec Ion2 520W, I believe its true power is around 460W or less hmm.gif.
