can you please explain that the pads need to be warmed up to achieve its function? what happens when it its cold what is the difference between normal pad? thanks in advance. besides bukit jahil, is there other place to cod like old klang road or PJ?

my pads are local..... that formulation has been proven to take up to 583 degrees........ qc is not a problem, if it is, I won't be selling it........
