last time, when im just a little kid, my parents are still alive, they bought a house property for me, they say its under my name. then 20 years passed. just after a few months they passed away, my elder brother asked me to sign a document, and i trusted him, so i signed anyway. then after a few more months, my elder brother allowed his son to move into this house property without telling me. can some1 help me? how to check property ownership?

go to land office and check. if the house is still yours, u got the right.

if partly is your brother's, susah ady la...

if all goes to your brother, than u can say bye bye ady.

If sign the contract without knowledge and consideration, not totally byebye... TS can get a lawyer and fight back his house if such.
