My Maxis broadband (not fibre) is sxxking big time. Happened a few times ago. Everytime call their support they say will reset port. Then things get better in a day or two. After few days the problem comes back I call again and everything repeats.

If reset port is the solution, why cant Maxis reset the port every night??? Just ranting here.

maxis only know how to make money....problem solve?? slow or worst escalate to somebody else...ive done report few....at the end i sent to newspaper the star...after 2 month solve..slow like pig

It is very sad to hear that. Why don't you try wired broadband? Hope it solves your problem.
