Even Facebook & YouTube Video both running SH*T streaming by Maxis!
Useless Maxis and nothing can be done/solved.

Their Streaming Servers are horrible, can't even smoothly stream some fairly a bit higher bit rate 720p video, their server can't handle the streaming quality. Such a big corp failed to fulfil their services that it should be.

Really regret to subscribe Maxis Fibre, no point even it is just a common Internet use, not talk about P2P.

And conclude all of my experience through this whole year, you can't expect too much from Maxis.

Besides of this topics, I had attended Maxis business seminar far long time ago, and what they showed their Customer's satisfactory index on their PowerPoint slide showing their index is the highest than other Telcos. Against to this point, I should loud died me.

What I had read quite numerous complaints on this board, it is ridiculous they are keeping their blind eyes to ignore all this. And.... They can't improve is the main issue.
All their staff only can sit inside the office dreaming on their ignore.

I should say, if every Maxis subscribers can really test their line benchmarks and provide to MCMC, this would be the big issue to the corp, can file a law suit to Court.

They are cheating, there are no doubt. They only dare to test their line to the ONLY local and some nearby country servers to get 10Mbps.

For Europe, the line only can get 1~2Mbps (Some can get 5~8Mbps, seldom), for US, hahaha, below 0.5Mbps~1.5Mbps depend on State.
China? Some even not working... Big city can get upto 2Mbps, some inner state even as low as 0.5Mbps. Of course you might blame the China Great Firewall policy.

All this testing benchmark you can try on speedtest.net. I don't think the Great Firewall would limit this, cause these servers are provided by those big corp for testing purpose.


They are keeping ignore to those Tech guy who know all these basic knowledge, they can't even debate. Their all Top top HOD won't see this to bring it on the Table. Just think on our mind, do they dare to submit these all complaints & reports? They only need to submit their Marketing report that enough to cover up all these problems. They are all blind, no improvement to be carried on, believe me.

Of course we all knows those running business is cunning man, in M'sia no lies to customers can't survive their business, of course protected by Government, we all knows.

All people can put their Middle finger towards your face lah.
You need users respect to you Company, please honest to your customers and honest to solve the problem. Not only sitting inside office to waste your lovely safe working life.
