Gorillapod yes, I even hang it outside of my backpack.

Tripod I only did with checked in baggage, was wondering whether if I fit into backpack can bring it onto cabin. Guess it's not an option then.

Which adapter you using for the Tokina 1116? Any issues?
*
I using La-ea2 as this lens is A mount. Issue with this lens is it can back focus at wide open in contrasty scene some time, but easily overcome.

I was about to ask why was the photo blurry/hazy then I saw your description in Flickr. Composite of 7 shots. Is it composite of 7 same angles or different?
*
7 shots of same angle. It has been hazy for days at Seoul.

Great shot. How do you scouted this location ?
*
Simply walk around and find buildings with good vantage point, then see if can get up there.

hi, how come your picture don have any noise in when you took the picture with a6000 and kits lens but mine have a lot of noise in it.
*
QUOTE(IwanAGP @ Jul 5 2016, 08:35 AM)
You don't know how to make use of it la...

The first pic is a long exposure. Instead of bumping the ISO up, use a longer shutter with tripod to get the shot. You get all the lightrails too when you do so. The image will come out relatively less noisy.

Then the second pic I believe is quite low ISO only for the silhouette effect.

I believe you're referring to noise appearing in photos when you take the picture under relatively low light situation ie. Indoor with very dim lighting or night time outdoor shot for the night scene. Shooting handheld at maybe 1/50s 3200iso for sure your shots come out noisier.
*
Yah, both were taken at iso100.

Continuing with lens loaning shots, below are taken with SEL 85mm f/1.4 GM
