tbh, I really feel sorry for Mourinho. He is one of the best Manager in the world, without any question.

I love him to take over AW (once he retired), but he burned the bridge by criticizing AW badly for the past decade. I dont think AW or the board would like to see him to be the next Arsenal Manager.

It looks like nearly impossible for Guardiola to take over the position. He surely has no interests if Chelsea cant make it into next year UCL.
