i have disconnect issue due to " No Link " , the issue had been fix ,
i already call to maxis call centre regarding bill rebate,since the down time is above 10 day ++ (combine of few time within this 3 month ) ,
customer service promise that will call back to me to follow up ,until now maxis no call back me yet and my bill still charge in full .
i think your system able to checking the detail.
Please help to follow up.
