You can blame google for compulsory 30% commission and PH for additional 6% tax
Lets take rm30 reload for example, this is the amount user will get and it consists of the balance 70% that google did not makan
70% equals rm30, which means the balance of 30% is rm12.86, the sum is rm42.86
Add another rm2+ for dev charge (let's put rm2) equals rm44.86, slap some 6% sst which brings to final amount of rm47.55 needed to be paid for rm30 reload
That calculation is eye-opener for me. I'm not blaming you, no one can absorb that steep 30% compulsory cut while still need to refund full "reload" value.Lets take rm30 reload for example, this is the amount user will get and it consists of the balance 70% that google did not makan

I can give you another processing option to consider. Let's use RM30 for example.
Instead of asking for RM30 +36% +RM2; give 2nd option for people to really spend RM30, then you minus out whatever the commission, and just refund the balance say RM17+.
Have you considered that DuitNow might have daily transaction limit if your app really picks up in usage?
