You can blame google for compulsory 30% commission and PH for additional 6% tax

Lets take rm30 reload for example, this is the amount user will get and it consists of the balance 70% that google did not makan

70% equals rm30, which means the balance of 30% is rm12.86, the sum is rm42.86

Add another rm2+ for dev charge (let's put rm2) equals rm44.86, slap some 6% sst which brings to final amount of rm47.55 needed to be paid for rm30 reload

That calculation is eye-opener for me. I'm not blaming you, no one can absorb that steep 30% compulsory cut while still need to refund full "reload" value.

I can give you another processing option to consider. Let's use RM30 for example.
Instead of asking for RM30 +36% +RM2; give 2nd option for people to really spend RM30, then you minus out whatever the commission, and just refund the balance say RM17+.

Have you considered that DuitNow might have daily transaction limit if your app really picks up in usage?

I need to make it clear, I'm here just for clarification, this is not my app though. And reload value is fixed unless you go to those who offers direct reload, and this person only offers rm10 and rm30 denomination, so for rm10 he charges as stated in picture several comment above

I consider this as last resort, since celcom maxis and Umobile offers credit transfer, for digi some plans cannot use this function and webe I guess not available at all
