Yes, I bought Merrum and it is for own stay. I have been a Kajang bred for a while now - and, most of my friends are now moving towards Semenyih due to affordability and accessibility.
The town is well planned amid the influx of new developers unlike Kajang town.
New amenities are expected to sprout up within Semenyih.
I am not even remotely considering to sell. Maybe my current DSL Corner in Kajang town could be up for sale.
 

So, do you manage to get any unit then?

Some time agent will put false info to lure the interest of customer. I am not saying this is fake, but better to double check with the SA...   

By the way, it seems like the agent has went into precinct 3 for taking these landscape pictures. Oriental Garden looks daxn gorgeous...
