I'm back from Sam's Groceria, Nu Sentral.

TnG reload system is in the midst of upgrading now, it is unable to perform any reload now. I'll inform here again next week.

The good news is I managed to pay my UniFi for 4x today. OK, here is the story:

i) I went straight to the redemption counter, there was a young girl manning the counter. She is a trainee if I'm not mistaken. She only managed to make one payment of UniFi for me and told me cannot perform second time unless I go to another cashier counter.

ii) I went to an empty cashier counter, the guy doesn't seem to know and he got another more senior lady to help him. Second payment went through and I was being thick faced ask if I can perform third payment. She said can, no issue. However, third payment was rejected.

iii) The lady didn't give up and brought my cards to the next cashier counter and helped me to pay for my third and fourth payment. I asked if there is any limitation with the machine, she said by right there is no limit. Probably just now in second counter, there was a problem with the system. Then, I told her the girl in redemption counter told me I can only pay once with the same machine. She just smiled to me and said there is no such thing.

I met a super good staff today.

Because I'm using HLB Wise and for me to get cash back, I need to get 10xRM 50.

Yes, and it is included as groceries.
Yes, they will double confirm again. I will reconfirmed it is for UniFi. I will write down my account no. and they will repeat again before punching into the system.

As above but not all shown are available, need to check with them and TNB is accepted though not shown.

go there with a friend/family, drive you there, park outside nu sentral's roadside, you go in to Sam's Groceria, then back out.

if yes, the use your cc. if no, then dont bother reload there lor.

so far at taiping only this bhp (beside potato hotel) accept cc for reloading tng i think. but need to be careful because last time i stayed at the potato hotel and i pumped there. there was once i caught her trying to swipe my card using affin terminal. i asked her to use uob terminal instead but she said uob terminal is down.

With Affin terminal, you won't be earning extra 2% of Smart$ with UOB ONE.

yeah, it's only for the extra 2% smart$. you still get the 5% if you swipe during weekends though.
