Got call from Tesco CS after filling a complain on unable to reload TnGO using CC. According to them, the entire Tesco Malaysia do not accept reload of TnGo by CC anymore.
Reason being CC transaction payment requires clearance and with delay, the agreement with TnGO do not allow it.
Whatever.... No more reloading in Tesco.

u missing the keyword (credit card).

Tesco accept cash for T&G reload and stop accept credit card for T&G reload.

back from Mydin Mall, Semenyih. confirmed no TNG reload service, yet.

p/s: on the other hand, it seems Ayamas store accepts TNG reload service (the staff asked if I wanted to reload my Watson's VIP card).

I didnt ask more cuz i was causing a long queue due to using Watson's VIP card to get 15% discount for whole chicken (staff need backoffice checking on how to operate the POS to get me 15% discount).

She went and ask her supervisor and supervisor told her only cash reload available.

1)Reload TNG at petrol station can entitle for the 5% during weekend?
2)Only can reload at BHP?How bout others petrol station?
3)If only BHP,any other within PJ area if the SS21 Uptown station really cannot already
4)Alternatively,can entitle for 2% during weekend if reload at Jaya Grocer or Tesco?

Sam's Groceria today I went around 5pm the system initially was down, but then the cashier was very helpful and kept trying and resetting the system for us. Haha. Eventually TNB and TM bills it went through. However, isit RM500 or RM1000 per bill per counter? Cos the cashiers kept insisting that only RM500 for 1 bill, 1 counter. TnG system was down though. Isit often Sam Groceria e pay is down?
