If you are buying mobile reload and paying by credit card or TnG, don't go the the male cashier. I was there during lunch and he insisted that it must be paid with cash only.

After my meal, I returned to buy reload at the redemption counter. Unfortunately, TnG machine was out of order and I have To pay using CC.

Move to another counter and bought more reloads using TnG. The machine at that counter is in working order and successful paid using TnG.

Hopefully, still can purchase next time.
