some platform online charge 1-2% on pin value depend on payment gateway.

Means i paid rm100 get rm100 Tng at Shell , correct ?

Question on the non NFC TnG card.
I had a card expiring on 1 May 2023, but today i'm not able to use it for QueenBay Mall Parking. When tag at the machine, it says "Tamat Tempoh". Is this normal that the card becomes unusable 3 months before the expiring date?

It said 1 May 2023 from the TnG ewallet app

Just went to Shell Kuchai Lama today. TNG card reload with CC got surcharge of RM0.50. TNG reload pin, they don’t allow to purchase with CC.

i guess the fee is charged by tng
i reloaded 500 in Jan got 0.50 fee

Is there any Shell station in Johor Bahru accepting credit card to top up TNG cards?

First time buying tng reload pin from petrol station, the pin is just printed clearly on the paper, it is not hidden/need to scratch, seem it is not very safe as the cashier can direct see the pin and remember it if he has a good memory. Is anyone facing cannot reload using the pin purchase as it is reload by someone else before?
