It has. The self-service machine accepts AmEx and even over the counter if I can remember correctly.

Yes. Even if you queue at the wrong counter, they are more than happy to guide you to the correct one.
I think minimum is RM 10, never try before usually straight reload RM 200.

Does it deduct from your balance? Most of the places will deduct RM 0.53 from your balance. That means you reload RM 200 but only getting RM 199.47.

Today had the opportunity to try out MRT. I saw the TnG reload machine and it only accepts cash. At least the ones at Muzium Negara station.

Yes. I pass by JG every single working day. It still has that sticker displayed, just go to the counter with TnG sticker.

It's still RM 10, you will only get RM 9.47 reload as RM 0.53 is service charge.
