The new minister should look into the lousy Touch n Go system while promoting cashless system at their tolls. Cannot believe after using for 20 years TnG is still more or less the same lousy as before. Surcharge to top up, surcharge to use at parking, old card cannot use to paywave, inactive after 1 year gets deactivated, expired card charged RM5 to transfer fund, RM10 for an empty card, top up at apps don't sync with your card, etc etc etc....

Why Starbucks can do it so easily?

for touch n go zing card (auto reload from credit card), there is also no medium to transfer or update the physical card, but the automatic reload can be done

therefore i think it is not too difficult for TnG company to implement reload via TnG app, without the need to go to the so called pick up location

Petronas Tapah still accept credit card to reload TnG. The cashier was very friendly. Keep asking me "Kad Mesra ada"? 

Should be no points.

If so, can reload using by Maybank Islamic PETRONAS Ikhwan Visa Card. 

I know they were closed and renovated, just re-opened not long time ago.

I saw the touch and go reload kiosk brand longbow at level b2  near parking ticket booth Sunway Velocity. Its like the one at nu sentral white color. Saw theres credit card reload button there. Havent try it

Update some info:

Petrol Stations
There IS service fee for reloading TnG at Petronas @ Sungai Besi-Puchong Bypass counter (not TnG booth)
The fee is charged by the petrol station, not TnG
RM1 if reload less than RM100
RM2 for above RM100

surcharge or service fee, same meaning to me, still have to pay more

and they don't include the surcharge into credit card, have to to pay them by cash (yes, every time I have to prepare extra ringgit)

Should put this info on the first page? 
actually, I'm the one confused when I saw no service fee listed here but then petrol station staff asked me to pay a surcharge.

yeah, more than 10 times I reload there and the stuff asked cash for surcharge.
