May I ask with the new touch n go cArd. I know we can transfer from ewallet to tng but is it possible to transfer from tng n cArd to tng ewallet?

TNG S/B can transfer only, when your TNG card is terminated.

First time buying tng reload pin from petrol station, the pin is just printed clearly on the paper, it is not hidden/need to scratch, seem it is not very safe as the cashier can direct see the pin and remember it if he has a good memory. Is anyone facing cannot reload using the pin purchase as it is reload by someone else before?

Im impressed if cashier can remember just looking for 1 second. Even 1 minute also i cant remember more than 6 digits

Btw just to make u paranoid further, i believe cashier can reprint duplicate copy from the machine.

Sounds not logic right? But imagine what if the machine out of paper or paper stuck cant print out?

yep a lot of things can happen

as for machine out of paper, they can contact their vendor to check PIN status (or invalidate it). Also, OTC purchase, payment is done AFTER pin is printed. still safe a bit.


separately, i also found a kiosk in the mall that sell TNG PIN and accept cc. 1st time bought, success, pin printed on the receipt. 2nd time bought (different day), no paper! but payment already paid first before pin is printed together with the receipt. contacted kiosk vendor to refund, took 2 weeks to do cuz they need to make sure PIN is not used (suspicious of fraud).

until now, i dont dare to buy from kiosk worrying the terminal paper finish

I do see they keep a copy also. But I din see the copy whether also has the pin printed lo.
And not only cashier can see, anyone nearby can see (eg customer beside/behind you also can see clearly.)

They can only reprint the receipt with the serial number, not PIN.

I kena before. Seller will have to claim back from distributor like epay.
