jaya grocer paragon TNG topup have been "down" for quite a while. i guess they are trying not to offer the service already.

it's been a long while since i reload there with MBB2 Amex prior to today. I seem 2 remember getting CB, or memory is faulty

Good thing, no service charges , no split transaction, can use amex contactless. Will see next month if cashback appear

even not using petrol mcc. still ok for m2c amex.

I notice nowadays most Shell station charged 50 cents (whether is reload using cash / credit card)

my last reload at Petronas Kepala Batas does not get rebate as they are using different terminal. It is not shown as Petrol in my statement. =[

This station pretty generous, don't expect other Shell stations to waive service charge.
