You're right and it is what I did mention earlier:

Hi, anyone has experience to top up TNG with e-wallet? As I think e-wallet has more cash back than credit card, especially when u top up at 99 speedmart

If they allow you to top up TnG card with e-wall.
So far a lot of them still using CASH term.

I'm new to this post (recently stumbled upon this) so I'm not sure if it's a known thing whether all 7-Eleven's and KK Mart's accept card payments or not?

What I've gathered so far is that card top ups will always include a RM0.50 surcharge/service fee as standard. Will be trying a top up at a Jaya Grocer shortly.

Here are my data points that I wish to add:
KK Super Mart Taman Segar Perdana SPD does not accept card for top up. There is a 7-Eleven nextdoor but I did not manage to go in and ask if they accept CC.
Neither does Petronas Taman Segar

Which is the point of this post right? To share places that accept CC for top up.

However, if there are places that accept Touch N Go eWallet as top up method for Touch N Go card, that would be a game changer.

if you ever noticed, 7E doesnt accept card at all.

for KK Mart, they accept card for purchases, not for reload tng or any epay services.

Rebate is capped on RM0.6 per trip lol. And no you can't choose which trip you want to use. As long as you use it to pay toll, the rebate will take effect.

study the tng ewallet paydirect (and its limitation) and then you decide to cancel Zing TNG or not.

scan through in tng ewallet topic. read the T&C and FAQs from tng digital.
