since you pinpointed to a Giant post, so it's the giant vouchers you're referring to.

so, answer is this:

1) not all giant have tng reload service. some simply give excuse no reload service at all. so just need to keep trying finding one that's accessible to you.

2) if you found a giant outlet providing tng reload service, not all outlets accepts vouchers or cc to reload tng. again, keep trying. sms2u already clarified this above.

3) even if you find an outlet, different ppl manning the counter could've give you different treatment. either staff is unclear, untrained, lazy, or due to direction from outlet supervisor.

JG @ jaya 33 earlier didn't accept cc to reload.

prior to july 2015, this jg didnt accept cc to reload. some time since july 2015, ppl are reporting jg already accepting cc liao.

this thread not about bill payments anymore.

reloaded at jaya grocer @ bangi gateway using hlb wise paywave.

much more convenient than than signing the slip.

well, JG need min RM30 to use cc for any purchases, including tng reload. furthermore, you can't reload RM30 denomination at JG. min is RM50 reload amount.
