My Current Unifi Plan : VIP10
Monthly Bill : RM179 (Promotion rebate RM20)

There are not much problem since i enjoy my VIP 10.
but recently i just notice a new advance plan.
TM is now offering faster 30Mbps and 50Mbps Unifi options for residential use at selected locations.

So i call up my best friends that work at TM to understand all T&C of this Advance plan 30Mbps, since it just sama sama price with my current plan. So It is worth for me to upgrade . Before that normally, i will call up my TM friends to ensure all the T&C before apply if not kena buta buta........

As spoken on the phone, If i upgrade to 30M from vip10

1. I will be charge RM199, I will not entitle enjoy RM179 . (Confirm because in TM system they cannot find RM179 options for exciting customer. RM179 only for new Customer.

(So TM treat their loyal customer like that      )

2. So i story up to my friends that i saw some story on forum/fb that some existing customer make complaint to TM and they will get RM179 instead of RM199, my friends reply me that this is fake info mean every month you need to pay RM199 if you upgrade from vip 10.

T&C if upgrade from VIP10 :

1. 2 year new contract (renew)
2. RM199 for exciting customer (upgrade) Exclusive GST 6% ~
3. RM179 for new customer (you can cut your unifi and re-apply) Exclusive GST 6% ~
4. No unlimited Free calls to TM fixed Lines nationwide
5. Free 600 Minutes calls only IF you add-ons Voice Pack RM20/month (199+20) Exclusive GST 6% ~
6. UniFI 50 (RM199+50=RM249) Exclusive GST 6% ~ (+20 Voice pack if u wan 600 min)
7. exciting customer upgrade from vip10 you wont get any startup equipment from TM (router/modem/Dect pH)

additional info :
1. area to apply, if you are exciting customer of Unifi, you sure can enjoy this plan.
2.condo only support 30m / landed house can up to 50m
3. TM going to announcement New vip 5/10/20 with new pricing, but exciting customer will remain the same Price**
4. TM going to promote their 100M very soon

Prons:
good thing is Unifi 30 or 50 speed really really damm fast after i tested on my friends house that 1G file download in 10min.

Conclusion:
Temporary I will not upgrade my VIP10 Plan.   
I receive the source info that TM going to re-adjust (cheaper) the price VIP5/10/15 but exciting customer will remain the same, that really make me angry if the INFO is correct. So TM treat their loyal customer like this???? so unfair that we always support their business.
