i had the quite similiar prob
just oc my vga and got improvement from my 3dmark03 from 10k to 12k!
but how come i oc my processor and ram too by increase the fbs from 200mhz to 225mhz from cmos only got 200 extra in 3dmark points?

something wrong with my cmos oc?
or the increment is this minor?
the timing i set 2.5/2/2/5 in cmos but why cpuz shown diff? 2.5/4/4/8
i'm using apacer 512ddr1
And all voltage is set auto, cool and quiet is enable
