hi

i want to ask regarding the exercise that can we do at home to build chest and lose belly.

What exercise is needed to build chest and lose belly?

Right now i just do sit up and push up. No dumbbell at home.

Why limit yourself to just chest and ab workout? Don't be called out for having big arms and chest but have chicken legs! Add some squats in to your workout. Build up on your reps with your push ups and sit ups (of course work for harder variations if find them easy, you can ask me next time). Also just as CnT said, do pull ups too. Pull up bar> sit up bench.

Once last thing, diet is your answer to losing belly fat!

You do know that doing 100 reps of push ups is more or less endurance training, right? Hence not conducive in building mass. It's time for you to start doing harder pushups. Seriously.

i do like 10rep X10
the reps consist of normal, diamond, incline, decline and clapping pushup.
what kind of pushup do you meant is harder pushup? is there any good routine you could share?  flex.gif  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif

Ahhh... you weren't clear on what push ups you did. Anyways, take out incline push ups from your work out (unless you prefer to have them as a warm set) and add build up on reps for the rest of them. Try hitting sets of 20 reps for each variant. Once your diamond push ups reach 20 per set consider working on uneven push ups by then i'll congratulate you on your first step (of many steps) to the one arm push up! thumbup.gif

Forgot to add: work on your clapping push ups on seperate days with good rest in between.

Looks okay. As long as there's a progression it's all good. Are you doing any other work outs apart from push ups like pull ups, squats and core work? If you aren't you'd better start cause you'll need more that just your triceps when you reach the one arm pushup.
