recent 2 weeks my aircond had been not cooling as compare to to before. and it's just happen overnight, which i usually switch to 3rd or 4th bar during the morning and night, maximum pun switch to medium level only for the past 2 years. and there's weird wet smell coming out every time. and my aircond just done the service last year around august or november.

So i actually went to the service center at Old Kland Road, and they decline my complain and request for the aircond diagnostic due to it's service by Puchong service center last year. So i went back to Puchong service center which i usually go, and they refuse to fix further after the couldn't solve the issue. And they kept claiming it's NORMAL-lah, "you must switch it to At least 70% or max to make it cold", "no big deal" yada yada. After i went there for 2nd time on the same day to complain about it, in the end they claim to be extracted my air cond gas and refill it, so it should be OK now. And told me in advance, go other branch make complain about it, don't come again to complain about it anymore(indirectly, tell me don't come kacau again, WOW). OK, i take it, consider it as resolve, and now i need to tune it to medium or max to make my car cold even in the rainy day or morning.

Until last weekend it's not cooling down again, so i force to get it to my friend shop and check, and find out the aircond gas pressure was too high, and he can't do much due to we don't want to void the warranty...

just wondering should i still trust Honda service center which run by these crazy dealers? and had been go thru their fb page, among the visitor post, most of them complain about their service, cheating customer, charging customer for filters and oil change but actually didn't do it at all and so on... ?

WIll my car warranty VOID entirely if i were fix it outside since these joker service center don't bother to fix it even after i had logged the case?
