Guys, I'm using iPhone 6plus with iOS9.1 but was unable to mirror Waze to my City HU. I've follow the instruction in 'Tips and Tricks" section n use App Radio app n the HU was able to connect to my phone but the HU screen show the blank wallpaper with no apps and I can't swipe the HU blank screen.
Anyone facing the same issue n has solution?
Thanks

update: I was able to install "SmartphoneConnection" app and can install some of the application in the app. Only after installation of the application in the app that the application will show on HU. However, i can't install the navigation app as it says it is not available in Malaysian store. Still can't use Waze though sad.gif

We only can install SG or Thai version hondalink navigation not the USA version.

I changed my phone to Htc one m9+ because of v spec HU. It's much easier just plug in usb only. Everything control from the HU.

hmm.. I try this.. i think it works as audio controls... I installed v spec audio control and it work perfectly normal like v spec... just fit nicely

can add cruise controls too.. tried it.. no wire cuttings.. no void warranty.. budget choice

so there are hopes for s, s+ owners...

next i will try to put other things original to lower spec and see hehe

guys think it is ok>?

next are the speedometers... v spec and the touch panels for v spec .. wish me luck  rclxms.gif

Guys anyone have luck use mirror link properly? I have s6 edge, some mirrorlink apps do support on the HU. But when I try to jump to Android home screen, the HU goes out of mirrorlink. Any idea to duplicate the screen?

Other way would be to use a cast device but that one cant control phone from HU.

Also, anyone did the plug and play bypass for HDMI handbrake. Mind recommending which shop and how much.

Tq.

Anyone managed to claim their battery before the letter comes? My aunty just told me her friend's 2015 City with Yokohama battery "exploded"... well that's what I heard and a bit worried now with mine.

sent my car for 10k service today, according the service adviser honda malaysia currently only got 800 pcs new battery in their inventory, so... need to wait patiently until the official recall letter out than they only can replace new one for us. hopefully my battery survive until than..
