It is recommended to service back at your purchasing branch, as any parts warranty will be slightly easier.
Anyway, there is only 2 service centre in Setapak/Wangsa Maju area. One is G-Mart behind BHP Jln Genting Klang, another is Sri Utama near Royal Selangor. Definitely Sri Utama as it was just renovated.
G-Mart is a bit run down when I went last time. I had same problem previously when I turn ON econ mode.

Windscreen coverage can be inclusive of tinting.

What I understand is, you can claim your tint with your tint receipt after your windscreen is being repaired/replaced.
