SA say early december can get but today he told me not sure when yet.

No need switch. Just cancel the earlier dealer u book with and book with the other dealer.

But booking fee need to submit request for refund.

U shouldn't have booked if SA cannot promise u car in the first place. Go to a dealer that confirm can get u a car then book there.
